Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
